Are you looking for ideas for corporate team building? Our proposal is to offer your employees team building in the Dolomites mountains.. The outdoor activities that we at AlteMete organize for companies have the flavor of adventure and challenge, and are set in a unique landscape context in the world.
Each participant has the opportunity to test their skills in some typical mountain sports activities, from walking to climbing via ferrata, from cycling to skiing.
Each proposal is built on the skills of the group members and developed differently depending on the season. Our task as guides and companions is to best support the professional or coach who will lead the team building. We will create fulfilling experiences in the midst of nature, enriching for each person’s work and personal life.
