Are you looking for ideas for a corporate team building? AlteMete‘s proposal is to offer your employees a team building in the mountains of the Dolomites. The outdoor activities that AlteMete organizes for companies have the flavor of adventure and challenge and are set in a landscape context that is unique in the world.
Each participant has the opportunity to test their skills in some typical mountain sports activities, from walking to climbing via ferrata, with the collaboration of Certified Alpine Guides.
Each proposal is built on the skills of the group members and declined differently depending on the season. My task as a companion is to best support the professional or coach who will lead the team building. We will create fulfilling experiences in the midst of nature, enriching for the work and personal life of each person.
