This notice concerns personal data sent by the user visitor (technically: the data subject) when filling in ‘forms’ on the website. Furthermore, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

We also inform you that, in accordance with Art. 5 of GDPR 679/2016, personal data relating to you will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; collected for specified explicit and legitimate purposes and thereafter processed in a manner consistent with those purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and, where necessary, updated; kept in a form which permits the identification of data subjects; processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection, by appropriate technical and organisational measures, from unauthorised or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.

The contact form on this website has the sole purpose of enabling visitors to the site to contact, should they so wish, the data controller, by sending them an e-mail and information on any services that Francesca Zambelli may perform for the data subject. The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is in fact exclusively that of being able to eventually re-contact the user by means of the references sent via the “Request for Information” forms, in order to process any requests contained in the message sent by the user. Users’ data may be used for direct marketing purposes by the data controller.

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is Art. 6 para. 1 comm. b of the Regulation insofar as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Services or for the response to requests by the data subject.

Personal data will be stored, in digital format, by the external data controllers for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the purposes for which they are processed and in any case not exceeding 36 months after their collection. The data controller will retain it for a period determined by its Privacy Management Model, for the period that enables it to fulfil the purpose of the processing.

Data subjects are entitled to the rights set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the aforementioned EU Regulation and in particular the right to access their personal data, to ask for their rectification, updating, deletion, restriction of processing (with particular reference to the newsletter subscription containing the unsubscribe in the footer), if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as the right to portability and to object to their processing for legitimate reasons, by addressing their requests to the data controller.
